30 Day Return Policy
Unused purchases may be returned within 30 days from being received by consignee, for a full refund, minus all freight charges for delivery (to and from), and minus any damage to the item.
If damage occurred prior to being received by consignee, it will have to have been noted at time of delivery and reported to TUBS TO GO! Inc./Portable Baptistry at that time for a damage claim to be successfully filed.
Restocking Fee
After 30 days from date of receipt, unused purchases may be returned within the next 60 days (90 days from being received by consignee) for a full refund, minus a 10% to 20% restocking fee (as determined by TUBS TO GO! Inc./Portable Baptistry upon the item's return), minus all freight charges for delivery (to and from), and minus any damage to the item.
After 90 days
After 90 days from date of receipt all sales are final, non-returnable and refundable.

Before shipping any Portable Baptistry component(s) for return, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) from TUBS TO GO! Inc.. Write the RMA# on the outside of the shipping package, clearly legible with the shipping label. We recommend shipping your Portable Baptistry component(s) insured for the full replacement purchase price.
