One Year Limited Warranty
TUBS TO GO! Inc. warrants the Portable Baptistry, components and replacement parts to be free from any and all defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, except where otherwise stated herein. Upon receipt and inspection, TUBS TO GO! Inc. will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any component returned during the warranty period subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Original proof of purchase is required for this warranty to apply. Proof of purchase consists of a copy of the original dated sales receipt/invoice with your returned component.
2. As determined by TUBS TO GO! Inc., this warranty does not apply to damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear, or any defect or non-conformity caused by improper or unreasonable use, including but not limited to color fading, cuts, punctures, abrasions, wrinkles, brittleness of the Baptistry Liner, as well as any component(s) deterioration due to exposure to the elements.
3. TUBS TO GO! Inc. shall not be liable for any damages to persons or property as a result of use of the Portable Baptistry, including but not limited to building structures and interiors.
4. This warranty does not apply to the cost of shipping & handling of the Portable Baptistry component(s) for warranty claim.
5. This warranty is in effect only when the Portable Baptistry has been purchased for private use; commercial use is not covered under this warranty.
6. Certain components, such as the Submersible Pump, the Portable Step, and the Baptistry Liner, have their own individual warranties that this warranty does not supersede.
TUBS TO GO! Inc. makes no warranties other than the warranties described above.

Before shipping any Portable Baptistry component(s) for warranty claim, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) from TUBS TO GO! Inc.. Write the RMA# on the outside of the shipping package, clearly legible with the shipping label. We recommend shipping your Portable Baptistry component(s) insured for the full replacement purchase price.
Please allow up to four (4) to six (6) weeks for the processing of any warranty claim.

Fifteen Year Pro-Rated Liner Warranty
TUBS TO GO! INC. GUARANTEES THIS LINER AGAINST SEAM SEPARATION AND FAULTY WORKMANSHIP UNDER NORMAL USE for a period of fifteen years from the original date of purchase. The manufacturer’s obligation shall be specifically limited to repairing or replacing the Liner at the manufacturer’s option, and does not include shipping/freight or any other expenses or damages resulting from a failure of the Liner. This warranty does not apply to damage due to improper installation, accidents, tears, holes, punctures, fading, wrinkles, irregularities in pattern printing, negligence of maintenance, and failure of the owner to maintain proper water quality/chemical levels. The materials used in the fabrication of the Liner are not produced by TTG and any failure due to material defects will be referred to the manufacturer of the raw materials. Failure to maintain proper water quality/chemical levels may cause premature color loss, wrinkling, or brittleness in the liner material. The manufacturer shall not be liable for any damages to persons or property caused by any failure of the Liner. As the most common cause of Liner failure is neglect, please read and follow the LinerCare recommendations in your Instruction Guide, and you’ll likely enjoy many years of troublefree service.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and remedies, which are exclusive and limited by its terms. Except as otherwise required by law, which may vary from state to state, the manufacturer disclaims any other warranties, whether expressed or implied.
Liner Warranty Replacement Procedure
If you find that you have a seam separation and wish to initiate a warranty claim, you must contact TTG for a RMA number prior to returning the Liner for TTG inspection. Upon TTG’s inspection of your Liner, you will be given a timely response as to the disposition of your claim. If your defect is not covered by warranty, our LinerCare Service ($95) may be able to repair the Liner or a replacement will be recommended. If your defect is covered under warranty, TTG will furnish current retail price at time of your claim. Refer to the chart below to determine what prorata retail price you will be charged by the TTG to replace the liner. Shipping/freight charges must be prepaid, collect shipments will not be accepted.

25-36 months......New Liner at 35% of TTG sugg. retail price
37-84 months......New Liner at 65% of TTG sugg. retail price
