Freight Charges
Product list prices do not include Shipping and Handling charges.
In the continental US, the Portable Baptistry ships by LTL Ground Freight, and currently the charge is $395.
The Portable Baptistry Jr. ships by FedEx Ground Freight, and currently the charge is $55.
The Portable Baptistry Jr. is also able to be shipped by 2nd Day Air at special discount prices compared to normal air package shipping rates. Overnight shipping is also available, with some restrictions, call for details.
Portable Baptistry Shipping Confirmation
Shortly after your Portable Baptistry order leaves our facility you will receive a Shipping Confirmation by email.
Contained there will be basic information regarding your shipment: the Freight Company, Contact Info, and the Tracking (PRO) Number.
In the event the Carrier does not call you to confirm a delivery time, you may call them first, and request information regarding the expected delivery date and time frame of your shipment. The estimated delivery time will be approximately 3 to 10 days from shipment date.
Inspect Shipment Upon Delivery
IMPORTANT: Upon delivery of your shipment, please inspect the entire package
to ensure it meets your delivery expectations before signing for the
delivery. Your package should arrive in one box strapped to a pallet, unless otherwise specified. Inspect the packaging for any tears or holes.
Note: It is your responsibility to inspect merchandise prior to delivery person's departure,
and if the merchandise appears to be damaged in any way, please note the damage
on the freight bill before the delivery person's departure. This will aid in the return/replacement process.
Furthermore, in the event of shipment damage or loss it is recommended that you contact the Portable Baptistry Shipping and Receiving Department at 425-348-5029 or 800-931-2226 prior to the delivery person's departure, in the event the delivery should be refused.
Damage Claim
Claims for damage or loss must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of order.

Curbside Delivery
Standard shipping is via common carrier, often from a tractor trailer load for Curbside Delivery, with signature required.
Merchandise cannot be delivered without a signature.
If closer access to your door for delivery is very limited, Curbside Delivery provides for delivery and offloading of your package to the curb at the end of your driveway.
Drivers do not assist with unpackaging or setup and it is not the driver's
responsibility to bring freight into your facility.
Extraordinary delivery requirements, including but not limited to inside
delivery, may necessitate an additional fee to the consignee.
