For orders of the full-size Portable Baptistry within the continental US, the Freight Company will call you in advance to schedule the delivery date to conveniently meet you at the church.
Rush orders are welcome.

Portable Baptistry (full-size) Freight Charges
Portable Baptistry list prices do not include shipping and handling charges (or sales tax for orders in WA state.)
The Portable Baptistry ships by LTL Freight (Tractor Trailer) in the continental US. (Shipments to outside the continental US will be quoted on a per order basis.)

There are 2 levels of Freight to choose from depending on your baptism scheduling needs: ECONOMY FREIGHT and EXPEDITED FREIGHT

ECONOMY FREIGHT = $495
ECONOMY: number of days in transit is approx. 10 to 15 business days for delivery from the date it is shipped.

EXPEDITED FREIGHT add $100 to ECONOMY FREIGHT = $595
EXPEDITED: number of days in transit is approx. 10 business days for delivery from the date it is shipped, depending on your area.

Portable Baptistry Jr. Shipping Charges
The Portable Baptistry Jr. ships by FedEx Ground Freight, and the current charge is approx. $150 to $250.
The Portable Baptistry Jr. may also be shipped by 3 Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and Overnight with some restrictions, call for details.

Portable Baptistry Shipping Confirmation
Shortly after your Portable Baptistry order leaves our facility you will receive a Shipping Confirmation by email.
Contained there will be basic information regarding your shipment: the Freight Company, Contact Info, and the Tracking (PRO) Number.
IMPORTANT: For most Portable Baptistry (full-size) shipments the Freight Carrier will attempt to call you to schedule a convenient day for delivery, Monday thru Friday.
This appointment call allows for more convenient deliveries directly to churches, especially when weekday church office hours are somewhat irregular.
In the event the Freight Carrier does not call you to confirm a delivery day, you may call them first, and request information regarding the expected delivery date and time frame of your shipment.
PLEASE NOTE: After the shipment leaves our facility, a change of address could incur a $75 fee from the Freight Carrier.
The estimated delivery time frame will be approximately 10 to 14 business days from shipment date.

Inspect Shipment Upon Delivery
IMPORTANT: Upon delivery of your shipment, please inspect the entire package to ensure it meets your delivery expectations before signing for the delivery. Your package should arrive in one box strapped to a pallet, unless otherwise specified. Inspect the packaging for any tears or holes.
Note: It is your responsibility to inspect merchandise prior to delivery person's departure, and if the merchandise appears to be damaged in any way, please note the damage on the freight bill before the delivery person's departure. This will aid in the return/replacement process.
Furthermore, in the event of shipment damage or loss it is recommended that you contact the Portable Baptistry Shipping and Receiving Department at 425-348-3333 or 800-931-2226 prior to the delivery person's departure, in the event the delivery should be refused.

Damage Claim
Claims for damage or loss must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of order.

Curbside Delivery
Standard shipping is via common carrier, often from a tractor trailer load for Curbside Delivery, with signature required.
Merchandise cannot be delivered without a signature.
If closer access to your door for delivery is very limited, Curbside Delivery provides for delivery and offloading of your package to the curb at the end of your driveway.
Drivers do not assist with unpackaging or setup and it is not the driver's responsibility to bring freight into your facility. Extra delivery requirements, including but not limited to inside delivery, will likely incur additional fees from the Freight Carrier to the consignee.
