Returns, Refunds, and Restocking Fee

30 Day Return Policy with 15% Restocking Fee
Baptistry Purchases may be returned within 30 days from being received by consignee, for a full refund, minus a mandatory 15% restock fee, minus all freight charges for shipping (to and from), and minus any damage to the product and/or missing parts.

If damage occurred prior to being received by consignee, it will have to have been noted at time of delivery and reported to PortableBaptistry.com at that time for a damage claim to be successfully filed.

After 30 days
After 30 days from date of receipt all sales are final, non-returnable and non-refundable.

Before shipping any Portable Baptistry component(s) for return, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) from PortableBaptistry.com.
Write the RMA# on the outside of the shipping package, clearly legible with the shipping label.
We recommend shipping your Portable Baptistry and Accessories insured for the full replacement purchase price.

Canceled Orders and Credit Card Processing Fee

When an order is canceled, PortableBaptistry.com is unable to recover the credit card processing fees associated with that transaction.
With most businesses, that isn't a big issue because it is only a few dollars.
Our premium products are considered higher-ticket items, and the processing fees can amount to several hundred dollars per order.

As a result, any order totaling over $500 that is canceled before shipment will incur a 4% restocking fee.
This fee is not refundable and reflects the actual cost we incur when a transaction is canceled.
